Smart Growth + Housing That Works
Growth is an important part of every city's economic stability, providing greater opportunities for residents and family members.
However, growth must be measured and centered around the people who live here, not based on the interests of developers.

Affordability + Cost of Living
Leaders cannot truly lead without first establishing trust. This trust is cultivated when leaders make decisions that increase affordability for residents, rather than pushing costs beyond the reach of the locals who have built and shaped Monroe into the beloved city it is today.

Education-First Planning
Decisions around growth should prioritize our children's education, otherwise, kids and families pay the price.
Health, Safety, + Quality of Life
Healthy living starts with the places we spend most of our time: neighborhoods, schools, and workplaces. City council decisions on zoning, traffic, sidewalks, and development directly affect the health of Monroe residents.
